Terms and conditions

Payment policy:
- Room rates are inclusive of 10% tax, 5% service charge.
- You only need to pay 50% deposit in advance when booking directly with the hotel.

* Check-in / check-out policy:
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check out: 11:00
- Early check-in: subject to availability.

Late check out policy:
- Late check-out must be reported to the Front Desk on the night before and subject to hotel room condition.
- Late check out until 15:00: 10% of the room rate is charged
- Late check out from 15:00 to 18:00: 30% of room rate will be charged
- Check out after 18:00: charge 50% of the room rate

Child policy:
- Children under 5 years old or under 1.2m tall are free if sharing bed with parents.
- Children over 1.2m tall or adults with grafting do not use extra beds: surcharge 300,000 VND / person / night.
- Children over 1.2m tall or adults in transplant using extra beds: extra bed fee 600,000 VND / person / night. Deluxe rooms or more are provided with 1 extra bed / room.

Cancellation / change of booking policy:
- If you cancel or change your booking before 3 days before the check-in date, you will not be charged and you will be refunded the deposit.
- If you cancel or change your reservation within 03 days before the check-in date or do not come to check in, you will not be refunded the deposit.
